Look, look, here is the thing. Here is one of the things. I am a rabid socialist for ethical reasons, yes, but also for practical ones. The uneven distribution of wealth is simply unsustainable. It leads to collapse, it has done this over and over again.

The rich use every method at their disposal to get richer and the richer they are the more methods they have at their disposal. A smaller and smaller minority get richer and more powerful and as they do, more people suffer hardships and the hardships they suffer increase.

That there has come a point, time and time again, when the masses wreak havoc to defend their right to live with dignity is honestly a huge indictment on humanity's critical thinking skills. Or maybe just our memories.
